3. Engagement with Freelancers

3.1 Service Agreement: You may enter into a service agreement with a freelancer through the Site. All terms of the engagement, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation, are to be agreed upon between you and the freelancer.

3.2 Payment Processing: Payments for services provided are processed through the Site's escrow and wallet system. You are required to fund the escrow account prior to the commencement of services, and the payment will be released to the freelancer upon your confirmation of the completion and satisfaction of the agreed-upon services.

3.3 Fees: Engipool.com may charge a service fee for the use of the Site. The applicable fees will be detailed on the Site and may be subject to change. You agree to pay any such fees.

4. Termination and Suspension

4.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. Termination of your account will not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees.

4.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and data on the Site, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Engipool.com or its licensors.
